When Star Power Meets Philanthropy
Bureau Blank designed two tools for the Admiral Center to use as it builds its public image to recruit new celebrity members.
The Admiral Center harnesses the power of celebrity to accelerate social change by putting high-profile members like David Robinson, Chris Paul, and Eva Longoria in partnership with institutions such as The Knight Foundation and JPMorgan Chase to make an exponential difference in their philanthropic efforts.
A new brochure provides background about the organization and the opportunity it presents to its members. It also highlights NBA All-Star Chris Paul’s partnership with Chase to create the CP3 Afterschool Zone to offer benefit elementary school students in New Orleans.
We also created an infographic to simply and effectively communicate the Admiral Center’s approach to creating systemic change through sustainable philanthropy. Making infographics involves brainstorms across different functions of our team and good old-fashioned sketching to condense large amounts of information into clear ideas.
