Palisades Auto Insurance selected Bureau Blank to help build a new brand communications platform.

Palisades Auto Insurance is one of the leading regional New Jersey auto insurance providers and has established a reputation among customers as one of the best customer service providers in the industry. While the brand meant a lot to existing customers Palisades' marketing and brand communications program lacked the consistent, memorable and differentiating look that it needed to distinguish itself from the national competitors like Geico and Allstate.

Working with Palisades' internal communications strategy team, Bureau Blank built on the existing logo a new visual system of colorful graphic motifs, typography and original photography which was then used as a foundation for a new website, print collateral suite and vehicle graphics. The new branding system has aligned Palisades' company values with its visual communications and gave the company not only a new and more distinctive look for attracting customers, it has also helped to internally re-energize the company and employees with a new found enthusiasm for their brand.
